the founder of Gandhi Manav Kalyan society, is now working as chief functionary of GMKS. He has rich knowledge & experience in natural resource management , organic farming and community development. Madan is a WWF- fellow (1994). He was invited to join University at Vermont City USA, but preferred to work for the development of tribal communities. |

Mini Varghese,

hailing from Kerala, joined GMKS 15 years back and dedicated her whole life for development of the tribal region. Mini came to Rajasthan in the year 1992 and decided to settle in poor tribal setting and had chosen to work for the tribal communities.
Initially she worked for the various women’s movements and fought for their rights. Later, she joined as board member of Gandhi Manav Kalyan Society. Mini belongs to quite different culture and background. But she has made remarkable changes in the tribal welfare programs in Southern Rajasthan. |

Poonam Chand
|
belongs to tribal region and since 1988 he has been serving the tribal community. He stared working for the well-being of tribal community at a time when severe drought spread in Southern Rajasthan.He worked for couple of relief programs during the vicious cycle of drought.He has rich experience in tribal welfare programs in Southern Rajasthan. |

Nathu Singh |
hails from village Vas. He spent almost his most prime time for the development of tribal communities. He has more than 25 years of experience in the rural development. Initially he worked for adult education programme in Seva Mandir and later on he joined GMKS and started working for sustainable livelihood of the poor people. |

associated with GMKS for last 19 years. He works as financial controller but he is responsible for a vibrant financial management system of GMKS. He is Graduate in finance and has got more than 20 years of experience in handling general and FC accounts. In additional to that Jeevan is keen interested to work with children as he is involved with certain child related programs i.e. Destitute Home, Udaipur Girl Child Education as well as Adult Education. He hails from Tamilnadu and settled here for last 25 years.

Dr. Pallavi
|
Dr. Pallavi accomplished her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics on Government Social Sector Expenditures in India (1980-2002). She has worked with construction and domestic female workers of unorganized sector under the UGC project. Her paper is selected in national and international conferences and also published. Currently, she is working for Natural Resource Management in the hilly terrain area of Southern Rajasthan. |

Mr. Kamlesh Garg |
Mr. Kamlesh Garg is pursuing Master in Rural Development. He has five years experience of working with tribal children. Presently he is working on the issue of child trafficking. His major activity is to prevent child labour in Southern Rajasthan. He also has experience to work in health sector and on child related issues. His major activity to sensitize the children towards their rights and increased their participation at all levels of society and administration.

Lalit has been working with GMKS since last 5 years and during the tenure of his association with GMKS, Lalit has achieved many laurels and faced many challenges. |

He has three years of experience working with tribal communities and is currently working with tribal children to provide basic quality education. His major initiatives to make the children learn about basic Hindi and English languages are now visualizing. Besides this, he has the core competence to work in the field of HIV/AIDS and family counseling. |

Mr. Laxman Rawal |
Mr. Laxman Rawal completed his Bachelor in Rural Studies (Agriculture). He has rich experience in Agriculture, Horticulture, and Livestock development programmes. Now he is working with tribal community for their sustainable livelihood. He has more than thirteen years experience of working with NGOs. He also has a vast experience in Self Help Group formation and Natural Resource Management. |
