To empower poorest and vulnerable communities to deal with their own resources and practices, for seeking sustainable livelihood, quality education, improved health, hygiene and adequate nutrition to all, especially women and children for a dignified living.

To improve the health status of children and women belonging to poor and vulnerable communities, GMKS envisages to train heath professionals and grassroot health workers on the following issues:

• Reproductive and Child Health (RCH), Integrated Management of Child Illness,
• Infant & Young Child Feeding
• Ante and Post Natal Care (ANC/PNC)
• Family Planning (FP) methods (temporary and permanent)
• Early detection and management of RTI/STI
• Management of childhood illness like Pneumonia, Diarrhea, Anemia, etc.
• Monitoring and evaluation
